La volatilité traditionnelle des marchés peut ne pas capturer pleinement les fragilités émergentes lorsque les systèmes d'intelligence artificielle convergent progressivement vers des interprétations similaires. L'Observatoire existe pour rendre cette convergence — entropie interprétative, synchronisation cognitive, fragilité systémique — suffisamment visible pour être étudiée.
